MSE Thank You Embossed Card Challenge

Look What Came In The Post Today!!!

This beautiful ATC arrived today from the lovely dragonllew. Isn't it gorgeous, I love the owls - too cute and I want to know what the paper is as I love it!!!

I also received this adorable amigurumi from the fab greenpixey (I won an amigurumi of my choice as blog candy - was very difficult to decide which one to choose!). My Crafty Place Swap Card and ATC

This was sent to Paddington for the pocket card swap on Crafty Place this month. I used Basic Grey Marrakech paper and Bazzill cardstock.

This is the ATC I made for Dragonllew, again using Basic Grey Marrakech paper. Oh how I love Basic Grey ;-)

I made these pocket cards following these instructions. I used Bazzill cardstock and papers by Basic Grey and DCWV. I really enjoyed making them, hope you like them ;-)

Creative Card Crew Challenge 18 - Ribbons

Here's my card for the latest CCC challenge. I made a pocket card with some embossed cardstock, decorated with DCWV glittered nursery papers and added a layered paper flower and some gorgeous sheer organza ribbon with swirls on.

Crafty Place July Challenge Card

This is my card for the July card challenge over on Crafty Place. My photo isn't very good but hopefully it's enough to show what the card looks like. I really struggled to make a card with only one colour! I choose blue as blue is my favourite colour. The papers are by Basic Grey and flowers from Poppicrafts. I stitched the stem for the flower.

A few cards made last night...

Made these last night with my new paper pads by My Mind's Eye. I have the decoupage 8x8 paper pad and the 6x6 paper pad in Wild Asparagus. I love the colours and the different designs, sort of vintage meets modern. Hope you like them x

Made these cards last night using a freebie set of papers and die-cuts from Simply Cards and Papercraft. I wanted some smaller cards for my craft stall. For freebie papers I think they look pretty good x

MSE Christmas Card Challenge

This is my Christmas card for the current MSE card challenge. I used a large square card, Daisy and Dandelion Christmas papers, a gorgeous image from DigiStamp Boutique called Snowflake Mouse - coloured with Whispers pens and a waterbrush pen, white card candy for the corners and a stamped greeting (stamp came free with the latest issue of Creativity magazine). I decorated some of the snowflakes and the cute mouse with Stickles glitter glue. Hope he puts you in the festive mood in July ;-)

This Is My Altered Container

This is a really cute pretend paint tin that I picked up from Home Bargains a few months ago for 79p. The tin contained a baby bib - I only bought it for the tin ;-)

This is my altered container. I have covered it with Basic Grey paper from the Lemonade range and added a couple of ribbons. I have also covered the inside with BG paper.

I am going to use the container to 'house' my friend's birthday pressies...
I am going to wrap it in cellophane. I know it's an odd sort of selection of stuff but I know she'll love it all ;-)
