Little Boy Bear...

Morning! I made this card for a friend's son who turned one. I started to make him a cross stitched card but completely ran out of time and missed his birthday (oops!) so made this instead. I love these colours together at the moment and they are perfect for boy cards. The image is such a cutie, he's called Little Boy Bear and has been designed by Natalie aka Moon Cookie Gallery...

No Colouring Required...

I spied some of Sylvia Zet's images as toppers and had to have some. The colouring of them is fabulous. Toppers make such quick cards. I followed the key colours in the image to choose my papers and embellies. I usually opt for one or two colours but the image has three main colours - pink, blue and yellow so I used all three for the accessories...

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Supplies:
Image - from the Wee Bunnies topper set
Papers - Tea Party by Dovecraft
Flowers - Crafty Emma's Store & Joanna Sheen
Lace - The Pretty Little Ribbon Shop
Buttons - The Pretty Little Ribbon Shop
Pearls - stash
Tools - Circle & scallop circle Nesties, Marianne Design Creatables Butterfly die, brown chalk inkpad

Happy Easter!

Just a little message to wish you all a very Happy Easter. My eldest is making his way to Cromer today with his rugby team and their coaches for an activity weekend rounded off with a rugby festival at Holt on Sunday. The rest of us are going to head up to Cromer on Saturday and we are going to watch the rugby matches on Sunday. I would imagine all the children are going to be out on their feet after 2 nights away from home getting up to all sorts ;-)

It's April digi release day at Whimsy Stamps and there are lots of fab new images and some beautiful papers too. If you are taking part in the Whimsy Stamps blog hop you should have arrived at my lil blog from Kim's blog.

I have made 2 pieces for the hop - one card and an altered mini bucket filled with yummy chocolate eggs. I have to admit to scoffing one or two whist making the bucket but I hope you understand that I needed to check the quality of them before giving as a present ;-) The image I have used is called Twinkie and has been designed by Kathy aka StampArt Design xx
