Dancing Ducks for Easter...

Good morning, we are off school shoe shopping soon (yawn!) and maybe some lunch out. I am enjoying my time off work so far. Oldest son is off to Norfolk tomorrow for the weekend with his rugby team so I have his packing to do later today. He's very much looking forward to it :-)

I am going to give this card to my mum and dad for Easter. I've gone for white ducks so not much in the way of colouring was required ;-) As soon as I saw this cute image I thought Easter but I think it would be suitable for other occasions too, maybe anniversary...?

Image - Dancing Ducks by Circa Designs coloured with Promarkers

Resin flower, ribbon & pearl - stasg
Other - Memory Box Precious Daisies die, Cheery Lynn Fanciful Flourish die, Whimsy Stamps Picket Fence die, Spellbinders oval & scallop oval dies, brown inkpad, kraft card

Easter gifts

Good morning! We are at home today as we have an engineer coming to service the boiler and the timescale they have given is 8.30-6.30!!! I hope to get a bit of crafting done and will ignore the ever growing pile of ironing ;-) I usually sort something to give to the boys' teachers for Easter and this year this is what I put together. There are 3 Creme Eggs in the bag and I made 10 bags in total (6 for the boys' teachers and teaching assistants and 4 for the ladies I work with at school). I used a pre-printed image to speed up my production, it is an old Peter Rabbit image made into a round shape so all I needed to do was print and cut.

Tissue paper & ribbon - ebay
Gift bag - Hobbycraft

I initially broke into a cold sweat at the thought of not adding flowers as pretty much all my cards have flowers on them (apart from those for a male!). I then spied a fabulous cute cat image at Digistamp Boutique and had a flick through my paper stash and came up with this. I fussy cut the image to get rid of any white space...

Supplies:
