Mel's MSE Tearing Card Challenge

After doing the Creative Card Crew challenge for this week I thought I'd try the tearing challenge using the same materials. I have torn the black cardstock and around the girl image. I quite like the starkness of the card, I like the black and I didn't think I would.

  4. Rusty - cardstock is from Hobbycraft, core-dinations 49p for 12x12 sheet. Flowers were from http://www.sarahscardsltd.com/ as melissa and PLM told me there's no charge for postage for flower orders ;-) I added things in the middle that are like backless brads from here http://www.craftworkcards.co.uk/embellishments_list.asp?type=emb&embellishment=156

  8. I love the black & white, I think the flowers just add that feminine touch that stops it from being too stark. Did you stamp the image yourself? It's lovely.
