Song Bird

The challenge over on MSE this time is to make a 'Musical' card. Mine has a singing bird on it, I hope that qualifies. This is another very distessed card, the scissors took a battering for this card! I have decorated the inside of the card as well as the front. I don't do this very often but loved these new Wild Rose Studio papers so thought I'd use some more on the inside!

Papers - Wild Rose Studio Spring Fling from The Glitter Pot
Cardstock - Bazzill Basics and Bazzill Bling
Image - Cute Singing Bird from DigiStamp Boutique coloured with Promarkers and Frosted Lace Stickles
Sentiment on front - printed using PC
Flowers - blue & yellow Primas from The Hobby House and rose from Wild Orchid Crafts spritzed with Glimmer Mist
Charm - The Hobby House threaded with embroidery thread
White die cut shape (inside card) - Die Cut Dreams
Sentiment inside - Happy Birthday stamp from Pink Gem Designs
Tools - scissors for distressing

    Lovely card and colours. What a clever take on "musical" but certainly at the moment you can't get anything more musical at 5.00am. (well apart from my DD singing sitting on a fencepost, but I wouldn't class that as musical!) X
