Awww a bit of a cutey

A friend of mine is soon to be having her 3rd baby, I've made this card for her using my new absolutely adorable Baby Blanket stamp from Lili of the Valley. I've tried to keep the card clean and simple.

I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Supplies:
Paper - Polka Dots by Wild Rose Studio
Cardstock - Bazzill Basics
Image - Baby blanket by Lili of the Valley
Sentiment - Personal Impressions
Ribbon - from stash
Flowers - flat from Pink Gem Designs and little rose from Wild Orchid Crafts
Glitter - Frosted Lace Stickles used on the blanket and white rim of the hat
Blue gems - Papermania
