Absent note...

Hi, sorry I haven't been around this week. We went to London for a few days and have started painting the downstairs of our house today. Goodness knows why we have decided to tackle the lot in one go but hey ho ;-)

Here's a quick pic of my boys in London. We went on the London Eye, visited the Aquarium, Tower Bridge Experience and HMS Belfast. We also went to Jubilee Gardens and the Westfield shopping centre next to the Olmpic park in Stratford. We did try to get to Buckingham Palace for the changing of the guard on Wednesday but got lost then got snarled up in the traffic due to the Paralympic torch relay and ran out of time. Oh well, something to do next time ;-)

Anyway, will be away for a few more days and then back with you. Love,

I have used my new fave colour combination of the moment of pale blue and peachy pink. I love the shading on the D'Arcy's Diaries, it makes them lovely and easy to colour. I've added a tag behind the image and kept the embellishment simple...
