A Colour Challenge...

Good morning, so sorry for being awol these last couple of weeks, things have been mad busy with work and trying to get ready for Christmas. Only 4 sleeps now!!! It was my last day at work on Friday and now have 2 lovely weeks off to indulge in some quality family time and hopefully a bit of crafting and catching up with your blogs. We're off to the panto after lunch to see Jack & The Beanstalk.

It's time for a new challenge at Allsorts and our theme is 'Brown and Blue/Aqua/Turquoise' chosen by the lovely Brenda. As Christmas is just around the corner this challenge is lasting for two weeks rather than the usual one week. Our wonderful sponsors are Crimson Cloud, Digi Darla Designs and Whiff of Joy. So 3 chances to win :-) And there is an extra prize for all of our entrants from Ignacio at Nicecrane Designs, if you pop over to his blog here you will be able to collect one of his designs free of charge for you to use on your artwork.
Winners will receive aan exclusive Crimson Cloud stamp set  Digi Darla 5 images of winners choice
Prize is a stamp of winners choice  Nicecrane

Onto my DT make, I have made a couple of small hanging calendars. I find one of these really useful to have at home and made these to give as gifts. I simply cut a base of kraft card using a Spellbinders Labels One die (the largest) and matting a piece of paper over the top. I have punched holes to thread some ribbon so the calendar can be hung. They took only minutes to make really but make quite a nice gift I think. You can also use up leftover scraps of paper and ribbon as they are small...

Supplies:
Papers, ribbons, button and flowers - stash
Calendar tabs - Anitas by Docrafts
Other - Spellbinders Labels One die, Martha Stewart butterfly punch, brown chalk inkpad, kraft cardstock

Please do come and join us over at Allsorts this week for our challenge x

I would like to enter my calendars into the following challenges:

Hope you have a lovely weekend and I hope you can join in with our challenge:-)
