Flight of the Butterfly...

Good morning, it's the start of the bank holiday weekend - yippee! I've become an auntie again this week, my brother and lovely sil have had a beautiful baby girl. She was born on Tuesday weighing a whopping 8lbs 9oz. Her name is Pippa and we are off to visit tomorrow :-) It's also time for a new challenge at Allsorts and our theme is 'Butterflies' hosted by the lovely Tracy. I decided to make a card and matching item to give as a gift for a lovely friend and used a beautiful butterfly image from our sponsor Nicecrane Designs. These images are so easy to use as you just adjust the size to suit and print. I used some fabulous wired ribbon on my card. I haven't used this before and it made the most beautiful bow. My matching item is a keyring. For this I printed the same image as I used on the card but much smaller and added some small pieces of ribbon to the ring. I really love it and will be making some more of these (have already ordered some more blank keyrings from ebay)...
