I first chose an image from our sponsor Nicecrane Designs and then decided to use an embossing folder to create the background and keep everything white with touches of brown ink round the edges in line with the pretty outfit worn by the fairy on the image. I have hidden a message tag behind the image.
Supplies:
Image - from Fairies & Angels Vol II
Snowflake button - Little Gingham Bear
Sheer ribbon, lace, pearl swirl, pearls, doily & twine - stash
Other - Crafts Too Summer Burst embossing folder, Crafts Too Christmas Foliage die, Spellbinders Perfectly Pierced Classic Hourglass dies, brown inkpad
Please do come and join us over at Allsorts this week for our challenge x

This one is so pretty Sarah, xxxx
ReplyDeleteSuch a carefully thought out card Sarah, the gentle distressing on the leaves (need that die) reflects the fairies wings and skirt and gives a real feel of softness.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a good weekend and thank you for your lovely work for my theme week..
