A black and blue card

This photo doesn't really do justice to the blue colour on the card. I think the paper is beautiful. It came today and I had to make something with it as I love it so much. Hope you like it too!!!

    That paper is gorgeous what range is it? Are those jelly tots stuck on as well? What do you stick them on with?
