Trying new colouring methods...

I have some Whispers brush pens and have always used them straight from the pen onto the card to colour an image. I wanted to try something subtler so had a go adding the ink from the brush pen to an acrylic block and picking up the ink with a waterbrush pen and then colouring. The image on the left is how I would normally colour and the one on the right is done with a waterpen. I love the subtleness and colour shading, think I'm going to have to play a bit more with the waterpen!

  2. Fab stamp!! I love the more subtle colours. I have some brush pens and find the colours too powerful so maybe I should buy a waterbrush too:) x
