Here's Karen's Cake!!!

I have been wanting to make this cake all week and finally got round to it today. It smelt gorgeous whilst cooking! If you fancy having a go at Karen's brilliant fruit cake recipe have a look at post 18 on this thread on the Crafty Place forum.

    Looks good enough to eat! I loved mine - so light & moist. (I don't mean to boast - it's the recipe that's good not me)
